* There is 1 free round of revisions on the clay phase and 1 free round of revisions on the draft phase.
**We do not charge the revisions, when they are omissions from our end. If though, apart from those revisions, further changes are requested, then they are charged at $50 / revised render and $30 / new furniture selection.

** You can request a next day delivery (by skipping the clay & draft phase) at an extra charge of $200
** You can request a weekend delivery at an extra charge of $300 (Saturday fee: $150 & Sunday fee: $150)
Virtual Staging
Virtual home staging helps sell faster a home through a more convenient and cost-efficient process than the traditional home staging.
To virtually stage a room, we need a photo of the existing condition of the room and the design proposal. We will produce a render of your proposal and match the camera angle of the existing condition.
Bathroom, Powder Room, etc.: $600
Bedroom, Kitchen, Dining, etc.: $700
Livingroom, etc.: $800
Open plan: $1500
Photo Editing
Add paintings and accessories to your photos to make them more appealing for your marketing campaign.

depending on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.
