Step 1. Files required

* Detailed plans or sketches with dimensions

* finishes selections

* furniture selections

* camera locations

*photos of existing condition

​*photos of views outside the windows

Step 2. Clay render

* Once we receive all the info we start the 3d modeling process.

​* We send you the clay render, i.e., a white render with no textures, in order to confirm the viewpoint and the accuracy of the 3d model.

​* If changes are required, we will send another clay render including the revisions requested.

​* This process is repeated until the model is approved.

​**Please note that only 1 round of revisions is free of charge in this step. If more revisions are required, please check the revisions section.

**Any new furniture selections are being charged based on our revisions section.

Step 3. Draft render

* Once the clay render is approved, we start applying textures.

* We send you the draft render to provide feedback. A draft render is a low resolution image with "noise", i.e., dark spots, as seen in the above photo.

Step 4. Final render

* Once we receive your feedback, we apply it and send you the revised render without noise this time.

* This process is repeated until you are satisfied with the final result.
